5 freakin’ sweet tools to automate your coaching business

Time is money, and no one understands that better than a business owner.

The more time you have, the more you can focus on growing your business, creating better products, and providing superior customer service.

But how do you create more time?

You need to automate your coaching business.

5 must-have tools to automate your coaching business

It took me wa-HAY too long to automate my coaching business.

Whenever I got a new lead, or someone asked me a question, I would spend HOURS manually adjusting my contract, creating a proposal, and sending emails.

Or I would spend hours in the DMs giving custom advice.

But now?

If someone has a question:

I have SEO posts with the answer.

If I have a new offer I want to sell:

My systems deliver them automatically (for years).

If a new client wants to work with me:

My emails, proposals, contracts, and invoices are sent without me lifting a finger.

Don’t get me wrong— some of these tools take some trial and error (I’m lookin’ at you Dubsado; but their customer service is 1,000/10).

But once it’s set up, you won’t have to touch it ever again.

Unless you feel like changing up your offers or copy.

Here are the 5 tools I use to automate my coaching business so that I’m not constantly working.

  1. Dubsado

Dubsado is my go-to tool for automating emails, proposals, and call bookings.

It works like this:

You Google my service or find me through social media.

You click on my sales page and fill out the form (because my copy is very convincing).

You automatically get an email to book a call.

After our call, Dubsado sends a proposal/invoice/contract to you automatically.

It's as simple as that.

#2 Flodesk

step to automate your business with Flodesk

Flodesk is another tool I use for automation. It is designed to automatically send a freebie and 5+ emails, which prepares you to buy my offers.

Here's how it works:

  1. You find my freebie via SEO or social media.

  2. You sign up for it and automatically get an email with the freebie delivery.

  3. Flodesk then sends you 5+ emails with more tips and info about an awesome offer I have.

  4. And if my copy is as convincing as I believe it is, you buy, and I make passive income.

#3 ManyChat

ManyChat is a fantastic tool that saves you two steps by sending you a link directly to my freebies, products, or services.

Here's what it looks like in action:

  1. I post a piece of content telling you to comment a certain keyword.

  2. You comment and get a DM to a freebie or service page.

  3. You sign up and automatically get an email with the freebie delivery.

  4. Flodesk then sends you 5+ emails with more tips and info about an awesome offer I have, resulting in

  5. More passive income for me.

#4 Repurpose.io

journey to automate your small business with Repurpose.io

Repurpose.io is a tool that I use to repurpose my SEO videos on every platform, without having to adjust the copy/hashtags for each.

I post a TikTok video, and Repurpose.io posts it to Pinterest and Instagram.

This way, I don't have to spend time adjusting posts for each platform; instead, I can focus on creating more engaging content.

#5 SEO

how to automate your coaching business with SEO

SEO is not just a tool; it's a strategy that ensures I have sales coming from content I created years ago.

Not just what I posted this week.

You search something on Google/TT/IG, click my content, and either Flodesk or Dubsado automatically sends you emails.

This way, I make passive leads and sales!
