Refund Policy.

Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, Your Creative Content, LLC does not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable if you are approved. Some exceptions may include: late content or lack of communication by the seller. 

Services will not be refunded based on the buyer's opinion of said product. Refunds will also not be issued if the buyer changes their mind about using the service after the aforementioned refund cancelation policy. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges on any of our services. Each service is limited to one topic per service.

Once all services have been submitted, there will only be refunds or exchanges under extreme circumstances as determined by Your Creative Content, LLC. Each service is limited to one round of revisions (does not include the creation of new topics that were not discussed in the original purchase agreement).
